A Lakeland Jaguar Land Rover Parts Advisor uses knowledge of parts and stock to provide a service to customers and retailer colleagues, working closely with the service department to ensure outstanding customer service is delivered. They support and assist colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing parts from outside of the retailer when required.

What we are looking for

Maintain awareness of departmental targets and KPIs; take action to inform own activity based upon knowledge of performance
Follow process relating to parts ordering, stock management & release, ensuring correct documentation exists and the Parts Manager is advised of stock movement and shortages
Assist staff and customers with parts identification; search for and order parts from outside of retailer where appropriate
Control cost by ensuring: invoices are issued; shortages are claimed for; stock is issued in line with company pricing / discount; credits are authorised
Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered; resolve customer complaints promptly, working with colleagues from other departments as required
Engage in training and development to improve skills and performance;
Ensure work area, appearance and conduct upholds company standards and ensures health and safety compliance

Ideally, you will have a minimum of one years’ Motor Vehicle Parts Sales Occupations. It is essential that you hold a current and valid driving licence which is free from excessive penalties
