MATT LAWSON - JAGUAR LAND ROVER SERVICE ADVISOR OF THE YEAR

Ribblesdale are brimming with pride this morning as our very own Matt Lawson has just been awarded the Jaguar Land Rover Service Advisor of the Year Award!

Matt, 25, has been with us for a little over 3 years and, at the start of this year, he was promoted to Senior Service Advisor within our small, friendly team. Every time Matt (or, indeed, any of our Service Advisor staff serve a customer, Jaguar Land Rover initiate a "Customer Feedback" email and, the scores given by the customer are allocated to the Service Advisor.

To win the award, Matt beat other Service Advisors from around the country by completing 3 "Heat" Assessments online and then he went through to the final with 7 other top Service Advisors and spent a whole day being assessed by a combination of Role Play Assessments and written exams against Jaguar Land Rover's national standards called "The Service Experience Framework." It is constructed of 7 different parts

  • STEP 3 – Arrival
  • STEP 4 – Repair
  • STEP 5 – Collection Prep
  • STEP 6 – Collection
  • STEP 7 – Follow Up

When his "Customer Feedback" scores from Ribblesdale were finally added to his tally for the day, Matt came out on top.

Matt attended the awards ceremony at Staverton Park Estate Hotel, knowing he'd done well, but, as he was up against the top Service Advisors in the country didn’t know how well. Then he was then elated to find out that he had won the award and immediately rang his girlfriend and parents with the outstanding news.

In his spare time, Matt is a dedicated Burnley fan, a season ticket holder, he supports them home and also away when time allows. He also enjoys Track days and races his very own Ford Fiesta ST.
